Recently, on a visit to India, I came across two new mobile phone brands. Blackcherry and mePhone. What? These names remind you of some other phone brand that is wildly popular? Hmm... wonder which ones!
There is even a "deal" to buy this phone. It is pretty inexpensive compared to the real and well known blackberry but I have no idea how it works. I think it is audacious that a trademark infringement of this kind is so easy to perpetrate.
